Woronicza Qbik is a unique project in the Warsaw district of Mokotów. What makes it stand out is the big-city loft vibe. The whole design was inspired by the post-industrial style, making a perfect match for the immediate neighbourhood. The entire complex in Woronicza Street consists of 355 apartments, 183 of which are duplexes. All apartments use energy-saving technologies.
A prominent feature of the building are its large, 5-metre high windows. Glass accounts for one third of the facade finish. The use of concrete, wood and metal adds to the post-industrial vibe of the building. Its austere form contrasts with the green common area in the internal patio, which features a safe playground for kids. The common area also includes a fitness club and a gym for the exclusive use of the residents.
A great advantage of the Qbik lofts is their location. Today, the once industrial part of Mokotów is one of the fastest-growing areas of the district and Warsaw’s business centre. Woronicza Qbik lofts are within a 20-minute walk from the office complex in Domaniewska Street. It is also located near Galeria Mokotów, a large shopping mall. A metro line as well as numerous buses and trams provide convenient connections.
