Tamka29 is a new project in the Warsaw district of Powiśle. The architectural plans were developed by the Sweco Architekci studio. It is an eight-storey building situated at the corner of Tamka Street and Kruczkowskiego Street. A modern architectural design was combined with understated stylistic hints at the historic development of Śródmieście, namely the classical balcony balustrades. The facade finish with sandstone elements particularly deserves attention. A prominent element of the project is a roof garden totalling over 200 square metres, available to all residents of the apartment block.
Tamka29 consists of 60 first-rate apartments ranging from 50 to 121 square metres and from 2 to 5 rooms, their space designed to facilitate fit-out changes and individual adjustments of the apartment layout. All apartments are provided with the smart home technology, which enables remote control with a smartphone and programming the apartments according to individual needs.
Tamka29 is situated in the Warsaw city centre, near the historic Old Town and the Royal Route. It is within easy reach of numerous parks and recreational areas as well as a variety of restaurants, cafés and luxury boutiques. The nearby metro station as well as an extensive bus network ensure easy transport. Convenient road connections provide rapid access to other areas of the city.
