Mondrian House is an exclusive apartment complex in the Warsaw district of Mokotów. Designed by the Kulczynski Architekt studio, it received the prestigious Construction Journal Award Best Residential Development 2005. The building complex is distinguished by simple, geometrical shapes. Combined with a white facade and flat roofs adapted for terraces, this is a reference to the pre-war modernist tradition, making Mondrian House a harmonious part of the Mokotów architecture. Modern features were obtained by adding openwork metal balcony balustrades and glazed staircases.
Mondrian House consists of 72 luxury apartments. The smallest studios do not exceed 38 square metres, while the largest apartments are spectacular 202-square-metre penthouses with access to a roof terrace. Especially worth mentioning are first-rate apartment furnishings and numerous amenities such as direct lift access from the apartment, a steam room in the bathroom and a separate Finnish sauna. A fireplace can be installed in the living room on individual request.
The designers also took care of the common area, which includes a fitness club with a pool and a club room for the exclusive use of its residents. All residents can use the underground car park.
Mondrian House is located in a quiet neighbourhood in the district of Mokotów, in Ludowa Street, slightly off the main traffic arteries. With several park complexes situated nearby, it is one of the greenest parts of the district. At the same time, a perfect route network ensures rapid access to the city centre as well as the office development in Domaniewska Street.
