Bobrowiecka 3 is a project carried out by Eco-Classic. Situated in the Lower Mokotów district, it is a complex of two eight-storey buildings consisting of 510 apartments as well as two spacious commercial units. Residents have access to an underground car park.
Location is a great advantage of Bobrowiecka 3. Lower Mokotów is perfectly connected with other parts of the city through the Wisłostrada Route and Siekierkowska Route, but at the same time, Bobrowiecka Street itself is set back from the main artery, offering its residents peace and quiet. The immediate neighbourhood is dominated by office buildings and low-rise residential developments. One of the office blocks is occupied by the media corporation Agora. The area abounds with recreational areas, including such retreats as the nearby Vistula Embankment or the Jeziorko Czerniakowskie Nature Reserve, as well as numerous Mokotów parks.
